A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsibility of monitoring content services, applications, and events
  • Create and maintain response plays across a variety of incident management and monitoring tools, such as Blameless, Pager Duty, Service Now, Dataminr, DataDog, Conviva, Mux, and Touchstream
  • Execute production smoke testing on all apps and devices daily
  • Assist SRO team with ongoing updates to documentation, including operational runbooks

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Understanding of how cloud-based services works 
  • Knowledge of internet and digital/streaming platforms
  • Ability to work and stay calm under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Schedule flexibility is key to supporting the operational needs of the business, and this role may operate on an adjusted schedule including weekends, overnights, early mornings, etc.
  • Customer service experience

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is awesome, but not required
  • Experience/knowledge of cloud services
  • Experience/knowledge of the broadcast industry is preferred
