Why is this role really critical to us?
We are looking for a IT Operation Senior Expert in IT Fixed Customer&Online Service Operation Team to be responsible for successful ongoing operation, management of CRM environment and manage application servers that mostly critical business processes runs on it.As an IT Operation Senior Expert, you will work closely with the team and our stakeholders to build and deliver our process. You will be responsible for VFNET CRM applications and Service Desk applications and executing the ITIL process is also in your responsibilities.
Who you are
- Assists, advises and delivers on the IT Operations plan to enable the achievement of the Technology strategy;
- Drives the delivery of the appropriate actions to keep the system/service in good working order, preventing incidents from arising and restoring system/service to normal operation in line with objectives and KPIs;
- Works effectively with colleagues to deliver the required applications, systems and solutions for all end-users, related to incident management, problem management, change and release management and vendor management;
- Identifies IT Operation trends, suggests improvements for processes, procedures and business interfaces related to IT Operations and maintenance activities, ensuring operating efficiency for all applications and support;
- Contributes to resource planning to meet overall requirements and ensure the effectiveness of the area;
- Understands the needs through preventative maintenance, improved efficiency and optimized applications and supports the end-to-end projects that improve customer and employee satisfaction;
- Drives activities in support of automation and digitisation, capacity planning, analysing, reporting and investigating service performance metrics;
- Maintains solid relations and works closely with development teams, technology peers and vendors to provide support and cooperation in planning, implementing and testing new services and new features;
- Uses best practice knowledge to understand team priorities and resolve incidents and interface with 1st line teams and with suppliers on incident resolution;
- May provide informal guidance to junior staff.

- Providing necessary operational solutions for IT service based management structure as operation Senior Expert
- Discovering, Defining and analysing all IT actions on services
- End to end follow up of service such as accessibility, performance, prevention of customer complaints and deployments.
- ITIL process execution Responsibility
- System and Customer incident resolution
- Demand/Defect/Deployment management responsibility
- Attending and taking necessary actions for Internal and external audits for SOX, ISO and other audit types
- Internal customer relationship management responsibility
- Ownership of the product/service functionality to ensure it meets operational needs for performance management and reporting.
- Taking necessary actions for Performance management to ensure platform, hardware, application and content meets the specified end to end availability & performance levels.
- Ownership of capacity planning to secure availability and performance of the platforms against forecasted growth and demand.
- Helping team members to improve knowhow and operational structure.
- Attending design meetings to define necessary technical requirements for operations.
- Leading big initiative and creating new ways to complete projects.
- Leading journeys with big stakeholder team.
You are just the person we ve been looking for, if you have:
- Good communication Skills
- Extensive problem solving skills and innovation
- Significant experience in relational DB operations
- Knowledge on Postgres and Mongo DB
- Experience of software development platforms and languages
- Knowledge on Pyhton
- Significant experience in UNIX Operating system
- Good Knowledge on IT Infrastructure (Server, IP, Oracle RAC)
- Good written and verbal in English
- At least 8 years’ experience.
- Coordination and organization ability, teamwork approach
- Associate or Degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, Management Information Systems, Mathematical, Programming, Industrial and related Information Technologies.
- Certificate of ITIL V4 is plus and experience on ITIL Processes
- Certificate of COBIT 5 is plus
