Description:

The Senior Electrical Engineer will be the lead on multi-discipline power generation projects, with the ability to coordinate project design assignments and design teams. This position will be responsible for developing scope of work, conceptual design, and execution plans for the electrical portion of projects. • Preparing engineering cost and man-hour estimates and schedules • Performing Project Management duties • Reports to Operations Director, Senior Project Manager, and President • Preparing or directing the creation of construction documents for the installation of new or modifications of existing power generating facility electrical systems • Provide leadership, guidance, instruction, and mentorship to less experienced team members • Regularly meeting and corresponding with clients or outside personnel • Coordinate departmental and divisional initiatives • Developing equipment specifications, procuring, and factory acceptance testing electrical equipment
