What will you do?

As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will be part of securing supply of finished goods to the Finnish market. We hope you can start in early May and enjoy working with us until end of August.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Support on KPI tracking/reporting/analysis to manage inventory value, customer service levels, excess stock levels, out of stocks
  • Database updates
  • Support daily contacts with our local distributor 
  • Participate in weekly & monthly meetings for inventory management 
  • Special quality assurance related tasks

In this role, you will cooperate closely with our logistics team, but also with other functions, such as quality.

Who are you?

You might be a university student or recently graduated (B.Sc. or M.Sc.). Genuine enthusiasm about supply chain management is an advantage.

You have an analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail and are able to create reports and data analysis efficiently. You feel comfortable with tight deadlines. It is important that, you are familiar with Excel and that you are comfortable working with large files. 

You are systematic, careful, and precise in your working methods. The ability and positive attitude to learn to use different systems is also essential. 

Fluency in Finnish and English will be an advantage.

On top of all of this, you are a solid and flexible team player. You value your team and colleagues.
