The Role Explained The North American IT Transversal is working on implementing IT solutions to support Data Quality Rules , Data Quality Profiling,  Human Resources. The role involves but is not limited to the development and maintenance of  DQ Master application which enables an end to end implementation of DQ rules through multiple stages. We are looking for a talented individual looking to join a dynamic environment where they can raise the bar for the industry. Job Specification Responsible for the success of IT Transversal projects by developing new, maintaining existing and supporting a number of in-house/vendor applications. The work will require analyzing business requirements/functional specifications, designing  technical specifications and  developing and maintaining the application. Principal duties: The scope of the engagement will include but not be limited to: • Review, understand and interpret technical specifications • Transform clearly defined technical specifications into solutions using in-house and vendor based applications • Develop Web pages (JavaScript / jQuery/ AJAX / CSS ) • Develop Web Services and Web Applications • Develop XML / XSLT • Develop Java applications • JDBC Connections to retrieve data from application toolsets • Create use cases and assist in UAT testing efforts for the developed solutions • Document, effectively track and resolve issues in a timely manner during the development and testing phases (work with the team and end users as appropriate) • Review and document application performance • Provide weekly progress reports of work performed • Work with the project team to assist in other aspects of the project • Follow and adhere to BNP Paribas development standards, the software development lifecycle, vendor application / project standards and guidelines.

The following technical skillset is required (minimum): o Developer/programmer (5+ years’ experience) Knowledge of: o Platforms  Windows 2000 / X  Linux  Eclipse  IBM RAD  IBM Websphere Application Server  Apache Tomcat  SVN / CVS o Web & Internet Technologies  HTML / DHTML / AJAX / JavaScript / CSS / jQuery / JSP  Responsive HTML and CSS  JAVA J2EE  (JSP / Servlets)  HTTP / HTTPS / SMTP  SOAP Based Webservices  Restful Webservices(Jersey & Spring Implementations)  Maven Build o Programming Languages  Java  SQL (Oracle, MS SQL)  Hibernate 4.X & 3.6.X  Spring • Spring AOP,Dependency Injection • Spring MVC -4.X • Spring Security 4.x • Spring Based Web Services  JUnit  Struts 1 and 2 • Ability to understand, interpret and translate technical specifications • Ability to quickly learn an application, follow instructions and rapidly develop in line with standards and guidelines • Experience in creating use cases and coordinating UAT tests • Experience in troubleshooting and effective problem solving • Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle • Ability to understand, track, and communicate business issues • Ability to take input from project representatives and appropriately and accurately apply comments / feedback • Ability to work as part of a team • Background in financial industries • Qualification: BS in Computer Science ore related IT field Knowledge • Knowledge of WebSphere / Apache Tomcat / IIS • Knowledge of SSL Technologies • Knowledge of SSO Technologies (SAML / Site Minder) • Knowledge on methods: Waterfall, AGILE • Knowledge of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) • Knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint
