About the Role:

Ferrero Group Headquarters is looking for an IT Project Manager Area International and BI&A to join the IT department, reporting to the IT Business Intelligence (BI) Platform & Area International Leader

Thanks to this exciting and challenging opportunity you will lead BI and cross domain transformational projects. 

As a Project Manager you will coordinate project streams of responsibilities, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project's plan and different phases, respecting resources, budget and time constraints. Moreover, you will be involved and provide updates to the Project Steering Committee and all relevant stakeholders. 

Main Responsibilities:

Covering this position, you will directly manage projects under your area of responsibility ensuring that the agreed scope is deployed according to the available budget and within the given time constraints. You will interact with the IT Leadership Team, the Center of Expertise (CoE), business stakeholders and external vendors. If necessary, you will coordinate a pool of external project managers. 

Your main activities and areas of responsibility involve the planning and development of projects’ operating plan according to project scope, objectives, and approach, defining thus activities, timing, responsibility for the different streams highlighting milestones and deliverables. Moreover, you will discuss project plans and updates with the project leader. 

While developing a project you will cascade the project’s plan for the different streams to stream leaders. In addition, you will coordinate the project streams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and the different project phases, getting proper subject matter expert involvement, if necessary. You will support the implementation of best practices' transfer among streams and teams as well. Leveraging, if needed, on change management to align process and systems will be part of your core responsibility in this role. 

A permanent proper monitoring of projects’ items determined in the “statement of work” (Task, Deliverables, Milestone etc.) and timing will be required. In relation, you will check project objectives’ feasibility and recommend proper actions to be taken to tackle project roadblock. Additionally, you will provide periodical consolidated information to the project leader. 

As the project manager you will also collect information on costs (Economic forecast) and benefits (Return On Investment) for the related IT projects under your area of responsibility while you will provide monthly consolidation of information vs budget/plans, giving thus visibility to all stakeholders involved in the process. 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring a degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent and 4 to 6 years of experience in IT Project Management roles. Ideally, you have experience within international environments with a matrix organizational structure in the CPG industry. 

Your background in leading digital transformational projects, including omnichannel Consumer Engagement and eCommerce projects will prove invaluable, particularly within the area of Business Intelligence. 

Being an excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills, you will conduct and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to assure business continuity throughout the projects’ lifecycle. 

Your strong project management skills, your knowledge of Agile Methodology and your ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills will help you to reach your goals. 

Your influencing, negotiation, public speaking, and presentation skills, will be interesting assets for us, together with your international mindset, willingness to grow and your initiative. 

You are fluent in English and are proficient MS Office and have a knowledge of SAP ERP. Your PMP certification is welcomed.
