You are responsible for

Portfolio: Hospital Patient Monitors

  • The role is responsible to develop and execute the Go-to-Market Strategy for Patient Monitoring IT solutions and Critical Care Information System, Medical Device Integration portfolio in alignment with Market's Business and overall Marketing Strategy.
  • Be knowledge expert on product and drive overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality.
  • Support the Modality Sales and Clinical teams as a One Point of Contact ensuring Marketing Strategy and execution plans are aligned.
  • Work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure outstanding New Product Introductions and Regional product launches in line with the global and market business strategy.
  • Support the Business Marketing Leader in the interaction with the business and especially the BMC (Business Market Combination) process.
  • Participates in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines.
  • Partners with Marketing with input on sales tools, pricing issues and competitive threats which enable Marketing to best support the Specialists and provide input to the BG/BIU
  • Prepares and delivers accurate business forecasting on a monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management.
  • 5 years of career experience.
  • Experience in working in complex organizations in marketing or commercial function in a large Multinational Company.
  • Customer focus, consultative solution selling and good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships within matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers, cross business, and cross function.
  • Be the Point of contact and "go to" resource for modality sales specialist and clinical application teams.
  • Ability to build capabilities, process design, ownership, and implementation.
  • Can-do attitude, creative mindset, searching for solution, strong drive and focus on results, belief that we can win, ability to move or get around barriers to success.
  • Seasoned professional in Lean methodology.
