U.S. Bank is a seeking motivated, experienced, and talented Salesforce Business Analyst with requirements gathering and Agile experience, who will develop and maintain a complete and accurate understanding of how the business unit is impacted by the application and how they conduct their business. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be part of a team responsible for delivering the Salesforce.com CRM platform and will perform the following functions:
  • Collaborates with Product Owners and Business Users to gather requirements and translate requirements into business functionality;
  • Provides technical knowledge to ensure effective design, development, and implementation of processes and systems;
  • Assists business lines in understanding the use of new and existing capabilities of the CRM system;
  • Collaborates with Salesforce developers on interface design, implementation, complex business solutions, and the technical component stories;
  • Creates Mock-Ups, Wireframes, and or Prototypes for the Business and Salesforce Development Teams;
  • Leads meeting for the purposes of presentations, reviews, etc.;
  • Provides guidance and knowledge transfer to other team members;
  • Maintains familiarity with all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile development environment;
  • Works with internal business groups to document, analyze, and redesign business processes;
  • Joins clients and technical staff to investigate, analyze, and resolve application problems related to system functions
  • Acts as point of contact for user support and problem-solving; and
  • Frequently interfaces with business lines, including management, and/or internal resources to ensure quality, timeliness, and testing of all project/release work.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications  
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or MIS, or equivalent work experience
  • At least five years of experience with activities, tasks, practices, and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, requirements, benefits, risks, and success factors, including three to five years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, including:
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification
    • Three-plus years of experience with Configuration and Administration in Salesforce.com
    • Two-plus years of experience working on an Agile Team, preferably SAFe Agile
    • Must be able to work successfully as a member of a team and take initiative to own individual project
    • Demonstrated ability of creative thinking and effective communication of complex concepts, both verbally and in written
    • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical knowledge
    • Must be highly-motivated, self-directed, and have ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Basic understanding in:
    • Familiar with Gherkin style of technical writing
    • IT project management
    • Information management
  • Working experience in:
    • CRM systems
    • IT environment
    • IT standards, procedures, policy
    • Business assessment
    • Modeling: data, process, events, objects

    • System development life cycle (waterfall and agile)

  • Extensive experience in:
    • Requirements analysis
