Based at our Apex Car Rental Auckland Airport Branch, we have a full-time permanent position available for someone with exceptional customer services and isn't afraid of hard work.

Our location is open Monday to Sunday from 6.30 am to 7.30 pm. We are currently running 2-shifts being 6:15 - 14.45 and 10.30 - 19.30. In our full-time role we work on a rotating roster where you will be scheduled to work 5 x 8-hours shifts per week and will include at least one day per weekend.
About the Role
As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.
