As a Customer Solutions Engineering People Manager, you will join the team, and as an influential and effective leader to manage a team of senior, tenured and expert individuals servicing the DoubleClick display business.

  • Manage a team of Solutions Engineers that provide exemplary operational support and consultative services at scale to customers and agencies.
  • Deliver strategic vision of the Google Professional Services organization, working with Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment with customer needs.
  • Manage and communicate processes and metrics to enable a highly transparent, credible and impactful organization.
  • Lead ongoing initiatives to continually drive greater automation/efficiency of complex, multifaceted workflows and processes.


Minimum qualifications:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in the online advertising industry, digital agency, or a consulting firm.
  • Experience partnering/working with cross-functional stakeholders in an organization.
  • Experience in a Technical People Management capacity, including experience leading business transformation initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with adtech products - ad server, DSPs, DMPs and web analytics.
  • Analytical capabilities and demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven proposals.
  • Developed project management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Effective written and verbal business communication skills.
