As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with employees and managers globally to optimise our talent acquisition processes and deliver results. Day to day, you’ll manage the full life cycle recruitment processes including: scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, structuring offers of employment, leading the background check process and initiating and monitoring new hire onboarding activities.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Interface with candidates, co-workers, hiring managers, and third-party vendors to schedule and manage candidate interviews 
  • Monitor interview & requisition processes in our recruiting ATS system (greenhouse) & HR system (Workday)
  • Initiate and monitor background check process
  • Draft and execute employment agreements and supporting documentation
  • Process and distribute new hire paperwork
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and book with the travel team; process candidate expense reports as needed
  • Initiate and monitor new employee onboarding process in ServiceNow; identify opportunities for improvement and automation and implement those changes
  • Act as the liaison between both technical and non-technical teams during the employee onboarding process
  • Generate and audit various recruiting and employee activity/status reports
  • Handle a variety of HR, TA, and other Operations projects

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships
  • Have previous administrative experience in a corporate office setting (nice to have – not required)
  • Have worked in a TA, HR, or Operations environment, or similar in the past
  • Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, Previous ATS experience a plus. Greenhouse, Workday and ServiceNow highly preferred (but not required)
