Required Education and Experience

As an Infrastructure Engineer (aka Platform Engineer) within PNC's  Enterprise Management and Automation Team, you can be be based in Cleveland, Columbus, Pittsburgh, but will consider candidates to work remotely anywhere within the U.S.

This person would be responsible for:
•    Engineering and delivering application performance monitoring solutions using Dynatrace DCRUM and other performance monitoring tools
•    Work directly with customers to champion new Application Platform Monitoring solutions focused on customer experience
•    Participate in the evaluation and integration of other monitoring tools within the organization and within the team

Preferences/Skills :
•    Background in infrastructure and familiarity with .net/java applications
•    Experience working with varied technical teams to deliver successful solutions
•    Creation of and training others in process with automation where possible
