Role & Responsibility 

  • Set up business operations for Taiwan Geo for product engineering engagements and don multiple hats of leadership as needed through its initial stages of growth

  • Build an ecosystem of good engineering talent supply and support needed between partners and universities

  • Establish and build local client relationships to mine and farm new opportunities  and participate in needed sales and pre-sales effort

  • Define processes for project execution & deliverables – Define and manage SLAs/KPIs

  • Be responsible for planning, governance and overseeing successful delivery of the program

  • Manage CSAT and execute towards vision of 3X program growth in one year

  • Liaise with global teams to integrate Taiwan programs into Wipro rhythm of execution excellence
