You will be responsible for leading strategic Human Resources programs related to our ongoing organizational and cultural transformation, employee survey program, talent selection and development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Your Team

You will be a member of the Organizational Development Team, a center of excellence within our Human Resources function. The team, mostly based in our corporate headquarters works closely with a cross-functional group of Human Resources professionals across the globe to drive organizational change. Our mission is to provide the simplest, evidence-based tools and practices that empower our employees to realize our company mission.

Your Day-To-Day

Every day will be different and include a variety of tasks that include:

Training, educating, and partnering with global HR Business Partners on our talent programs

Global project leadership

Designing & facilitating virtual and in person meetings, training, and workshops

Developing professional, visually appealing training materials (guides, PowerPoint decks, Webpages, etc.) and written communications in support of core HR initiatives

Researching and developing thought leadership on a variety of topics

Developing simple tools and practices that are evidence-based and easy to use  

 

What You Bring

You are someone who:

Has a passion for human development and is a continuous learner

Is energized by variety and can keep track of the details

Can communicate clearly, succinctly, and professionally in written and verbal format

Enjoys building, leveraging, and maintaining effective, global relationships  

You have a background that includes:

An advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or similar
