Your role

Are you customer-centric focused with a good record of

resolving enquiries? Do you like to help clients in solving

their transactional inquiries related to their custody

relationship with UBS Switzerland AG? Do you consider

communication in written and verbal form as one of the

key elements of a successful client relationship?

We're looking for an Operations Service Specialist for the

client segment Bank to:

  • support them in their day-to-day transactional business

in the field of securities, global custody Funds Settlements

  • ensure query resolution until completion within agreed

service levels and at client satisfaction

  • working with different stakeholders to ensure Operational Excellence regarding Settlements of Mutual-, Hedge- and Off shore Fund transfers
  • coordinating between clients and internal units as well

as custodians and external partners

  • providing support to customers to their daily business by

analyzing and identifying issues related to custodial

services; managing a resolution process within a defi ned

Service Level Agreement

Your team

You'll be working in the Client Servicing Custody Bank

team within Group Operations in Zurich-Altstetten. We

work closely with front and back offi ce colleagues to

manage and resolve all securities related queries from our

bank clients globally. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services while continuously challenging our process effi ciency and behavior.

Your expertise

  • degree in business and commerce
  • previous client service experience within the financial

and securities services industry, preferably in the area of

Funds Settlements/ Transfers

  • passion for dealing with clients and understanding of securities and global custody products
  • can-do mentality with proven ability to increase customer satisfaction with a KYC approach and a flair for new technologies such as automation and robotics
  • comfortable working with internal and external clients
  • team player
  • excellent skills in MS Excel / Power Point / Work / Outlook
  • fluent German and English in spoken and written, French / Italian skills will be an asset
