Customer Technical Service Analyst

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete customer product specifications on time and in full. Ensure that all information is compiled and entered into DevEX, SAP and Customer online systems accurately and completely.

Respond to external customer technical enquiries in a timely manner, in order to meet business and customer needs, e.g. McCormick position statements, Finished product specification, customers questionnaires and other technical documentation 

Cross trained to ensure that understanding of the requirements of all McCormick strategic & non-Strategic Customers, and provide cover for other Technical Services Co-ordinators during periods of absence.

Lead Customer technical services projects for the region, handle technical request and requirement from internal and external customers

 

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

·         Food Technology Diploma or related qualification, preferably in a food related discipline (Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry)

Experience in the food industry.

Intermediate level of computer literacy (specifically Excel, SAP, DevEX and others)

Good oral and written communication skills.

Organised, methodical, good attention to detail.

Fluent English

Ability to work effectively cross functionally across the business, and work effectively as part of a team

Excellent communication skills.

General technical ability including data collection, storage and analysis
