We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Global Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (f/m/d). This position is based in our Frankfurt or Munich office. This is a fixed term contract for 2 years.

Within this exciting role you will be part of a thriving international team and you will work in an agile environment offering plenty of opportunities to develop technically and personally. As Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter your mission is to provide a great recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will combine your recruitment knowledge with your personal skills and bring our hiring processes and internal projects around Talent Acquisition (TA) to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global recruiting processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Manage candidate talent pools
  • Active source our future talents: continuous search for tight target group profiles, build up pool of candidates, search for difficult-to-fill positions
  • Take over responsibility for defined global projects within TA and drive the projects forward in constant feedback discussions with your manager
  • Use your creativity and solution orientation to give projects more colour and direction
  • Maintain career website and other job posting tools like SuccessFactors REC, LinkedIn
  • Manage administration tasks including interview coordination and updating TA documentation, materials and data sources
  • Act as first point of contact and internal advisor / consultant for the hiring manager on recruiting topics
  • Define, monitor and steer the recruiting process through constant collaboration and communication with the hiring manager
  • Manage the relationship with third party vendors and providers 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

  • University degree with excellent results
  • Ideally minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
  • Experience in sourcing for a variety of roles and skillsets with specific focus on the financial services industry (Asset Management industry preferred)
  • Knowledge/understanding of the entire application lifecycle as well as of relevant technologies and methodologies
  • Excellent team spirit and strong driver mentality and can do attitude
  • Fluent in English and German, further language skills are beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and high customer orientation
  • Ability to successfully operate in a global matrix structure
