We are looking for an EMEA Marketing Operations Specialist, within Marketing Operations Team. You will report to the EMEA Marketing Operations Director.

The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the smooth ongoing activities of Marketing Operations Team working in close connection with Marketing Operations Director and the other members of the Team. This entails the management of tools to identify, prioritize, and manage overall team priorities including, but not limited to, new initiative planning, quarterly and annual business planning and budget management, coordination with Alliances Partners and with internal functions. It requires excellent communication skills (written and spoken), experience managing complex, multi-cultural relationships, and proven problem-solving techniques.

The Marketing Operations Specialist will ensure the development and execution of marketing initiatives following all guidelines needed to guarantee a smooth financial and marketing process.

The position requires ongoing interaction and collaboration across a number of groups, including Functional teams, Resource Management, Finance, Procurement and an array of vendors and contractors. This role also has important interfaces coordinating with Markets Marketing Teams, including Marketing Operations Managers and Marketing Market Leads.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Teams, at local and EHQ level, through all aspects of quarterly and annual marketing and business planning
  • Manage all aspects of Quarterly Markets Marketing Activities, including budgeting, usage of funds, approval at internal and Partners level, check of execution, possible amendment of plans, closing of activities with Proofs of Work Delivered and Proof of Execution, final financial closing
  • Develop and maintain the Marketing Teams Calendar reflecting key initiatives, campaign and team meetings, Marketing Operations and Alliances Templates and tools
  • Ensure full exceptional accountability as a part of the Marketing Operations Team
  • Participate and lead weekly/monthly Markets Team meetings, ensuring clear agendas and that owners and action items are all established and tracked over time
  • Coordinate project priorities and budgets with Managers to ensure availability of adequate tools and content
  • Develop and maintain an executive-level report, ensuring the team has a current view of the team’s activities, tools, budget allocation and any further information needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships at all levels needed to guarantee the marketing and business executions
  • Participate to calls with General Expense Management Team in China and other WW Teams when needed

What you'll bring:

  • The role requires 2-3 years of experience in fast-paced environment or Marketing function within a world-class company and brand
  • Capability of working with online tools, both internal and from Partners – pleasure in working with data – precision and adaptability to different circumstances
  • Passion for creating, following and enforcing processes that lead to more highly-performing individuals and teams
  • An ability to develop/deliver solutions to complex problems
  • Proven relationship management and account management abilities
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1400 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
