Company Overview

Fractyl is a metabolic therapeutics company pioneering new approaches to prevent and reverse type 2 diabetes (T2D). Our goal is to transform T2D treatment from chronic blood glucose management to disease-modifying therapies that target the organ-level root causes of the disease. Our mission is to alleviate the daily burdens of disease management for patients, empower physicians with a safe and reliable therapeutic treatment, and lower the tremendous human and financial costs of metabolic disease complications for patients, hospitals, and payers. We have created Revita™ duodenal mucosal resurfacing (DMR), an investigational, minimally invasive, same-day clinical procedure designed to address the intestinal cause of insulin resistance and restore metabolic health in patients suffering from these conditions. We are also in the process of developing Rejuva™, a pre-clinical drug-device combination intended to restore insulin production in the pancreas through local delivery of gene therapy. At Fractyl, we’re striving to change the lives of patients with metabolic diseases and build the next great medical device company. We’re a tight-knit team that is driven to excel. We’re looking for game-changers. We want people who can solve challenging problems, make a real impact, and build something big. Be part of something amazing. Join us.
