Cordant team requires a new expertise in Product Analytics to drive improvement in customer experience and increase customer adoption & satisfaction. Existing teams neither have the capacity nor sufficient experience and knowledge around Product Analytics domain.

As a Lead Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform by leveraging data and insights to drive product development and enhance user experiences. You will work closely with product and user experience & design teams to identify opportunities for enhancement, make informed recommendations, and contribute to the strategic direction of our Cordant Integrated Asset Management solution. This role requires a deep understanding of product analytics tools, data analysis, and a strong ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

As Lead Product Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Use product analytics and digital adoption tools to clean, monitor and analyze data to identify trends & patterns in user behavior.
  • Leveraging data to define A/B tests and/or experiments that would help validate hypothesis around user experience and evaluate the impact of product changes.
  • Providing actionable insights to guide product development and enhancements.
  • Participating in product road mapping to contribute to prioritization of features and improvements based on product usage analysis.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design (UX), and Product teams to break down organizational silos and to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product analytics space to drive innovation mindset and to make recommendations on potential future direction/ platform capability expansion.
  • Continuously monitor & expand product and digital adoption tools usage.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Have bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
  • Have 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, or similar role with a hands-on knowledge of Product Analytics tools like Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, Matamo, etc.
  • Have Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R) is an advantage.
  • Have Familiarity with optimizing product funnels, running experiments, building dashboards that share meaningful results and outcomes.
  • Have Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and statistical analysis.
  • Have Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Have Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Have A passion for data-driven decision-making and product improvement.
