Role:             Junior Software Engineer

We are looking to add outstanding individuals to our team of accomplished software engineers working on:

  •  Automated trading frameworks
  • Low-latency market data and exchange connectivity
  • Time-critical risk management applications
  • Post-trade analytics and reporting

Our business demands high performing distributed systems that we develop in C++ and Python. Linux is our operating system of choice.  We are geared to deliver effective solutions that allow our firm to scale and capitalize on new opportunities.


  •  Work on all aspects of the software development life-cycle
  • Collaborate with colleagues across offices to develop truly global solutions.
  • Partner with traders, researchers and operational staff to deliver bespoke solutions for our business
  • Own applications in production, providing engineering expertise to our support staff as necessary


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related subject
  • Strong computer science fundamentals and willingness to pick up new skillsets
  • 1 to 3 years of C++ or Python development experience on Linux
  • Team player with the necessary excellent communication skills to thrive in a global workplace
  • Understanding of distributed systems
  • Scripting in bash or similar

 Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Understanding of Unix networking and/or streaming platforms
  • Experience with Postgres, ETL pipelines and NoSQL
  • Software development experience within financial markets considered a plus.
