Those that do not want to get their hands dirty or build out a function against a blank slate without buying pre-packaged solutions should not apply.     The Sr. Analyst, HR Applications will have significant ownership for driving the successful delivery of systems and process solutions on the Kraft Heinz Company’s global HR Systems Roadmap. The Sr Analyst will be a primary contact consulting directly with our HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to identify enhancement opportunities in the development of a technology roadmap and to support of current systems and processes.   • Responsibilities include input to project planning and administration, scoping, determining and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, developing and executing test plans and scripts, conducting acceptance testing, streamlining and improving current processes. • Will serve as the primary point of contact for HR systems projects and system support, acting as a liaison between users, IT teams and third parties; collaborate with all to effectively prioritize and execute projects and system support. • Act as subject matter expert on technology solutions and business processes within HR lines of business and providing system and data support for business process execution. • Act as project manager for assigned HR technology or process projects and system support, including managing project team activities, tasks, deliverables and timelines. • Assist in developing updated delivery standards for HRSS organization, including refined processes to gather business requirements, updated testing strategies, and enhanced business readiness approaches. • Recommend plans for continued process improvements, system enhancements and new applications to support business strategies and operational needs. Qualifications   • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 2 years general work experience • Minimum 1 year functional work experience • Knowledge of HR functions and business processes (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Organizational Development, and Payroll) • Knowledge of HR applications (Workday, Kenexa (BrassRing), Cornerstone, SAP, Taleo, SuccessFactors) • Experience in planning, coordinating and conducting User Acceptance testing • Critical thinker with ability to model business processes and identify and resolve gaps • Proven project management skills including planning, monitoring and control and risk management • Understand business architecture framework (structure, people, processes, and technology) that supports the organization’s strategy • Responsive, fast-paced decision making skills with the ability to drive business results • Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills         Kraft Heinz Company, Inc. is an equal employment employer and is committed to providing employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals.
