Supporting retail store operations through different specific tasks detailed below.
Core tasks:
Active participation in editing retail operations materials on Sharepoint, coordinate and control the communication to the respective stores.
Close cooperation with country retail manager and store managers.
Maintain procurement process via ARIBA system.
Execute store compliance audits in store visits and have a store pulse check.
In case of internal need involvement in different areas of retail marketing, e.g. coordinating the production and installment of in-store communication materials
Participating in store manager meetings and trainings
Occasionally translation of marketing materials to English and Hungarian
Prepare consolidated weekly business reports coming from stores
Requirements:
Last year students from college/university, with commerce or finance specialization
Structural thinking and eye for the details
Pro-activity
Planning ability, problem solving skills
Leadership skills
Team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy especially MS Excel and Power Point
