Travel Retailing Europe, Middle East and Africa wish to appoint a dynamic, retail driven and experienced Regional Education Manager for Tom Ford Beauty and ME/I/A&rsquos Multi-Branded doors, reporting to the Regional Brand Director. The successful candidate could be based in London but other locations across Europe would be considered. 

Working as part of the management team for Tom Ford Beauty Travel Retail EMEA, the role is responsible for ensuring the high standards of sales and service from the Counter Managers and Stylists are achieved at all times and a consistent level with Global requirements. 

Working as the lead Educator for the multi-branded doors within Travel Retail Middle East/India/Africa, the role is responsible for ensuring high standards of service from ELC Advisors who work across all ELC brands within a location or zone.

For Tom Ford Beauty, the Regional Education Manager is required to adapt Global Education training strategies and materials, as well as Travel Retail-Specific programming, for the Travel Retail EMEA region and the travelling passenger whilst reflecting Global consistency in message. The role includes conducting classroom style training, virtual/zoom training, as well as on-counter coaching and leading by example in order to ensure standards and brand objectives are met. The leadership and direction of one Luxury Experience Coach (based in Dubai) and two Luxury Experience Coach, one based in the UK & Istanbul is a key element of this position. The appointed candidate will work closely with the Marketing and commercial teams across the Region to ensure targets are achieved and the needs of the business are supported by Education at retail point of sale. In addition, the Regional Education Manager will be required to collaborate with the Sales and Education Executives based in the various countries across EMEA to ensure company performance standards and service levels are met by the retail point of sale team in order to achieve Brand retail goals.

For their multi-branded doors and the ELC Advisors that staff them, the Regional Education Manager is responsible for deploying the relevant Travel Retail-specific blended learning programs (E-Learning, in person/virtual, follow-up) that drive retail and elevated customer service ensuring a best-in-class experience for all shoppers in a travel retail environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should be confident facilitators, have good listening and coaching skills, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and be self-motivated. A proven track record in writing/adapting training materials (using PowerPoint), understanding and utilizing adult learning principles, budgetary control (excel skills) and multi-site people management are essential. A high standard of grooming is required at all times together with the passion and commitment to constantly travel to cover key priorities across EMEA. Due to the area this position covers, language skills are an advantage.
