You will be responsible for:

  • Accountable for sustaining engineering activities of released products, including: Execution of Engineering Change Orders, modification of Bill of Materials, drawings and specifications. 
  • Work with factory and supplier engineers to ensure manufacturability.
  • Lead Material Cost Reduction Programs to meet aggressive targets, implement required engineering drawing changes.
  • Communicate with Field Service Engineers on customers complaints, drive trouble shooting of failures originated by the factory, lead to completion corrective and preventive actions.
  • Execute productivity and quality improvement projects in the manufacturing lines.
  • Meet regularly with cross-functional team to ensure compliance to internal processes, and manage component issues.
  • Following up sustaining engineering process - ECR/ECO process, Complaint Handling process, MLCM (Material Life Cycle Management) process for change AML (Approved Manufacturer List) part.
  • Defect management and analysis for non-conformance, RMA and DOA - Analyzing symptom and trouble shooting and performing test to reproduce same defective symptom and to find failure operating sequence.
  • Setting up production process and procedure for NPI and sustaining product.
  • Reviewing process and procedure for assembly and test with production perspective.
  • Preparing work instructions for production process and procedure.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related industry
  • Experience with Failure Analysis Methodologies, Risk Assessment Tools, AutoCAD, Creo, MS Office, SAP (preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced analytical skills.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards :

from 1700 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
