TikTok's Publisher Growth & Development team is responsible for accelerating the activeness of publishers and media companies by deepening the education, enrichment and value creation for their businesses. They will evaluate our partner business models and build solutions that fully leverage the TikTok value proposition, based on the core product experience.

The Publisher Learning & Training team is responsible for building internal learning experiences and resources to develop and support world-class partner managers. The Training Program Manager will play a key role in partnering with our publisher partnership teams to identify core partner manager capabilities and needs. As part of the training team, the Program Manager will design and roll out internal learning programs and resources to proactively address skill and knowledge gaps.

  • Design, roll out, measure and iterate internal learning programs to develop and upskill Publisher-facing teams in all regions
  • Identify and map core partner manager capabilities and skills including core message training, objection handling, platform & product knowledge, content strategy, analytics and data insights etc., in partnership with xfn teams
  • Source, review, and map relevant TikTok-wide internal learning and training programs according to required partnership capabilities into a coherent framework and curriculum
  • Collaborate with regional representatives and teams to pilot, run and adopt regional learning programs and certifications based on specific needs and learnings
  • Track impact, relevancy and satisfaction of participants based on transparent learning goals and positive impact on day-to-day responsibilities
  • Ensure constant dialogue with regional teams to ensure program deliverables are clear, ensure clear R&Rs, and collect feedback on resources from these teams for future improvements
  • Develop strong relationships with X-TikTok Learning & Development-focused teams to develop joint learning tracks and trainings based on required capabilities and shared expertise, including GBS, GBS Gaming, HR, Comms etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Content Partnerships, and as Learning or Training Program Manager, L&D Consultant, Learning Portfolio Manager or Instructional Design Manager
  • Deep understanding of partner managers day-to-day responsibilities, goals, required capabilities and skill set
  • Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder across disparate business units with occasionally conflicting KPIs
  • Exceptional analytical, documentation, presentation and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
  • Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to work cross functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as senior leadership.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and drive strong execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS/MA/MBA
  • Leadership in understanding key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities
