Job Description

 Set up regional DP business action plan based on company DP sales strategy and policy. 根据公司DP 销售策略和政策,建立区域DP商业行动计划  Develop regional distributor scale, negotiate with distributors, breed provincial level key distrib-utor and sub-distributor network and ensure business network extension and rational layout af-ter distributor integration based on regional real situation and DP distributor evaluation criteria. 发展区域经销商(规模),与经销商协商,建立省级关键经销商和分发行商网络,确保那些以区域现 实问题和DP经销商评估标准为基础的区域经销商整合后业务网络的扩大和合理布局  Build up long term partnership with key distributors, actively explore new cooperation model, provide analysis and suggestions for innovative business models, and enlist distributor contri-bution to maximum 与关键的经销商建立长期伙伴关系,积极开拓新的合作模式,为创新的商务模式提供分析和建议以及是支持经销商最大化的帮助  Responsible for company KPIs: sales target achievement, distributor inventory level, success rate of tender 对公司的关键绩效指标负责:达到销售目标,经销商库存等级,投标成功率  Provide sufficient compliance training to ensure Sandoz SP3 and other business guidance fully implemented 为保证山德士SP3和其他业务指导可以完全落实而绝对服从(公司的)培训
