  • The appointee will support IT activities in the Asia operations and will be stationed in Malaysia Or Thailand
  • Responsible for the system requirements gathering, analyst, design, implementation and support of the company's Supply Chain Management application system. Mainly on Material Planning, Capacity Planning and Production Planning functions.
  • Support the information requirements of the company's Supply Chain Management functions and its related activities through the use of application software.
  • Troubleshoot application and system problems and constantly work towards improving existing systems to improve efficiency in data collection and effectiveness in system controls
  • Helping to identify strategic areas for improvement of business processes if need
  • Monitor the company’s Supply Chain Management system performance and growth.
  • Working with others development team for system integration.
  • Conduct user acceptance test and end-user training.
  • Participate in system improvement discussion and propose solution.
  • Ensure data replications are replicated timely from ERP/MES application systems.
  • Also taken care by the automated monitoring processes
  • Assist in In-House Application support as well as Oracle related matter.
  • Required to travel between sites for project implementation.
  • To understand and accept responsibility for performing the jobs in accordance to the safety and health rules of the company.
  • Ensure user conformance to procedures and data integrity

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business Admin/Information Management/Computer Science 
  • A minimum of 5 years related working experience. 
  • Working experiences in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
  • Experience in implementing or supporting Manufacturing related applications like MES, ERP or Supply Chain related systems. (ASCP, RP, Demantra, APCC)
  • Good programming skill on Java & C++ and PL/SQL, XML publisher
  • Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written / verbal)
  • Strong listening, communication, interpersonal and relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization
