Our initial focus is on scheduling meetings via email. We’ve observed the anxieties caused by cluttered inboxes, complex calendars, and juggling scheduling preferences. We’re out to eliminate that pain so our customers have more time to focus on what matters.

The Clara Labs operations team is seeking an experienced analyst to deliver insights to improve our product, with specific emphasis on how we interface with the contractor community behind the human-in-the-loop. We are building tools and processes to work harmoniously with our tech platforms to provide our customers with a fast and highly accurate scheduling support service. On a typical day, you may collaborate with people at all levels of the team to design a staffing model, research incentive compensation, run an ad-hoc analysis to optimize our candidate sourcing process, or build reports on workforce performance.
