Description: Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control business area has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join a world class talent acquisition organization. This position will support Productions Operations organization. This role will primarily serve as focal point recruiter for a client group providing recruiting delivery for Facilities, Optical Operators, Machine Mechanics, Electronic Equipment Repair and Assembler skillsets.

In addition to traditional recruiting activities, will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and contemporary talent attraction initiatives to include invitational hiring events, open house events and offsite recruiting events.

This position will be based out of our Dallas, TX location
Desired Skills: AIRS or HCI certifications
Prior experience working production operations skill sets
Prior experience recruiting in aerospace & defense

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience as a full lifecycle recruiter in a corporate or agency environment
Expert level user of applicant tracking systems such as Kenexa Brassring or Taleo
Expert level user of candidate relationship management systems (CRM) such as Smashfly, Smartrecruiter, Bullhorn or other related tools
Experience working talent acquisition strategy initiatives such as large DoD program staffing plans, long range candidate engagement and talent attraction initiatives, diversity & veteran recruiting programs, recruiting process improvement or recruitment marketing/social media campaigns
Proven results in converting passive candidates to qualified applicants, familiar with common talent acquisition analytics and tracking metrics
Familiar with OFCCP and EEO employment law
Experience in leading/organizing hiring events
