About this role As the Data Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a crucial piece of Main Street Hub’s growth strategy. Working closely with both the sales and marketing teams, you will build, manage and optimize Main Street Hub’s local merchant prospect database in order to maximize the performance of our fast-growing sales team. What you'll do: Own the health and quality of our local merchant prospect database Conduct analysis and tests to understand key attributes of high performing prospects Identify and manage vendors for data acquisition Scope and manage internal processes for data acquisition Manage lead distribution for our sales organization Build a team of data analysts to support your strategy What we’re looking for: Unwavering integrity and strong character A passion for helping great local businesses 3+ years working as a data analyst or in a similar data-focused capacity Strong analytic skills and superb communication ability Experience working closely with large, fast-growing sales organizations Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce.com preferred) Familiarity with the Local/SMB space Ability to build and manage a team to execute your strategy Bonus Points: Sales experience, Marketo, SQL Compensation and perks: ​Competitive compensation package including 401k 3 weeks PTO + holidays Excellent health benefits
