This is the role:

Living Labs are interactive ecosystems that connect companies, start-ups and students through research and innovation. A Living Labs platform was formulated by The Student Hotel (TSH) in 2014 and grew out of a need for researchers, businesses and startups to have a living urban space to test, validate and optimize ideas for sustainable business and behavior.

In 2017, the urgency for better buildings increased, and we found partners (APG, Aermont & Redevco), willing to grow a green commercial real estate sector with us. The aim of our new company, Living Labs, is to test sustainability innovations and scale up successful products to our broad commercial real estate network. Together with you we want to contribute to a commercial real estate sector that is truly socially, economically and environmentally sustainable. We will change the industry (and the world) for the better!

You will lead your team to find new Living Labs partners, including members, innovators, sponsors and researchers, to ensure a strong pipeline of cutting-edge projects and the ongoing financial stability of the Living Labs program. You will be responsible for making sure that Living Labs grows to meet its potential, with the team to match. Are you ready to change the industry and make a big impact?
