Our Sales team is an inside sales team so they know that next call, email, tweet, reblog, comment, or hashtag, could change someone’s life. We enable others’ passions for health, wellness, and beauty to reach maximum potential. There are thousands of businesses out there that don’t realize what problems a little bit of technology can solve – our Sales Specialists are here to help. Once consistently exceeding 20 closed deals monthly, they become Senior Sales Specialists. These team members are key players in leveraging technology to improve the health and wellness of the world – they go to tradeshows, conferences, mentor new team members, train new hires, and get first priority of inbound leads. We work hard so we can play harder. Our Sales team is full of marathon runners, yogis, Circuit trainers, and hair stylists – maybe you’re one of them or these are your type of people. THE BASICS: Embody the Core Values and “WOO HOO” spirit of MINDBODY B2B Sales experience preferred Excellent written and verbal rapport Self-managing – your time, leads, and clients Capacity to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment Cold calling experience a plus THE EXPECTATIONS: Complete new hire training in one month Cold call, email, tweet, reblog, comment, hashtag, and handshake your way to closing deals Meet and exceed monthly sales quota metrics Be autonomous – you make your own schedule, give your own demonstrations, and generate your own leads Manage the full sales life cycle Research our different verticals and learn about our competitors Understand regional and global differences ABOVE & BEYOND: Working knowledge of Salesforce.com Multi-lingual Love of technology, health, wellness, and beauty
