THE BASICS: Experience in B2B sales 1 year cold call experience Experience in a high tech environment Experience in the health, wellness, and/or beauty industries THE EXPECTATIONS: Achieve/Exceed monthly sales quota Pursue qualified prospects via cold calling Qualify inbound prospects Schedule and perform web demonstrations Manage all aspects of building and maintaining a sales pipeline Manage sales cycle from initial contact to close over the phone Develop key value propositions and expertise in MINDBODY Industries Represent MINDBODY at industry trade shows and conferences THE SKILLS: Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective time-management, planning, and organization skills Ability to explain and demonstrate technical solutions in non-technical, business-focused language Strong consultative selling style Effective in building rapport over the phone Ability to work collaboratively with others Experience with salesforce Comfortable using and learning new technologies Capacity to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment The Perks At MINDBODY, we live by our Core Values--and among them is the belief that health and wellness are central to a happier life.
