PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a “Project Coordinator or Junior PM Consultant” to join a 6-month project, fully remote and strong potential extension, we have been running at our Firm with an Important Wholesale Company.

Functional experience

Proven experience in monitoring the progress and status on the execution of the agreed project plan and running weekly project progress review meetings and raise issues and/or risks proactively to be resolved to keep the project on time, in budget, in quality.

Very energetic and very good communications skills

Systems: Excel and MS Project

Education: BS, Preference -Engineering or similar.

Languages:

English: Business | Proficient - MUST BE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Activities: a) Manage project scope, activities, deliverables, and resources with the objective to deliver the project On Time in Full (OTIF) in budget

  1. b) Maintain action, risk, issue logs - Assess risks and define mitigation plans to ensure OTIF delivery of the project without disruption to the business
  2. c) Organize governance meetings (fortnightly project leadership meeting and monthly steering group meeting)
  3. d) Participate in the fortnightly leadership and monthly steering committee meetings, take minutes, and follow up on the actions, prepare meeting materials where required e) With the help of the project management team, come up with the KPIs/ SLAs to measure the “success of implementation” and set up dashboard & design for ongoing monitoring of these KPIs - Review and execute the KPIs / SLAs for ongoing monitoring

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

Professional experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating and executing projects, candidate's experience should be as Junior OM
