Quality Control Technician

Sensata Technologies

1.- Can Evaluate and Inspect the first piece(s) produced at the start of every Lot by Machine, by Production Line or when restarting Machinery after stoppages.
2.- Can provide Support in Incoming Inspections of Raw Material.
3.- Analyzes data from Variable and Attributes Charts (SPC) to suggest changes to the Process.
4.- Can Participate in the Validation of Proc(Good Manufacturing Practices)- QS5.- Assists the Engineer or Quality Supervisor in the Implementation of Measuring and Testing Equipment as well as the Performance and Evaluation of R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies) of the Measuring Equipment.
5.-Uses Inspection, Measuring and Testing Equipment to perform Product Verification Activities, Detects and Reports Failures or out-of-calibration Equipment.


1.-High School or Technical Level (Can be a Productivity, Quality, Electronics or Electromechanical Technician). 
2.-1 to 2 Years in a similar QA/QC position. Requires Training using measuring equipment. 
3.- English: Basic 
4.-Computer usage: Basic (Data Entry in Application Programs and/or Word Processing).

5. Experience as metrology technician GDYT and coordinates machines
