Description:

Kraken is looking for a top notch Creative Director to help take our branding and content to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cryptocurrency, and be ready to hit the ground running in one of the fastest growing companies in the space.

Responsibilities:

Work cross-functionally with various internal teams and external agencies to drive proactive marketing campaigns and deliver exceptional work, on schedule and within budget

Stay up to date with latest industry trends and utilize insights within creative content solutions

Ability to think big, but ensure understanding of how to scale ideas and translate messages across various touchpoints

Work closely with the Marketing team to turn strategies and tactics into compelling stories for our audience

Assist in developing internal brand guidelines for all asset types and messaging, and help fine tune target customer personas

Align with creative partners and internal teams to ensure strategic, on-brand, relevant creative ideas and assets

Develop creative solutions that best address marketing challenges, and tailor messaging to drive new user acquisition and promote brand loyalty

Prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment for self and direct reports

Drive the creative process for self and direct reports and create an inspiring and motivating work environment

Present work confidently at all levels including VPs, SVPs and GMs

Requirements:

8-10 years in brand design and advertising

A portfolio demonstrating design excellence

Knowledge and experience in tech/finance communications and/or content required

Management of Creative team required

Experience with commercial and video productions, required

Experience with digital development preferred

Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator

Must be able to communicate and influence
