Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for Purchase Orders opening and goods receipt processing for finance and legal department; Makes daily records and is responsible for the AP activities of the local accounting department;
  • Plays a key role in the month-end closing process by handling various reconciliations for assigned company trial balance accounts; Assists the GFS AP Team in the daily processes and the closing of the month;
  • Ensures the connection between the GFS AP team and the company, being responsible for maintaining up-to-date work procedures and updated approval routes based on company’s employee changes for all AP processes or due to system developments implemented by the company;
  • Solves invoices that are in exceptions for various reasons, by supporting the local team to ensure their registration in SAP; Supports the Accounting team manager in the fluctuation analyzes of AP indicators;
  • Cooperation with external and internal auditors on AP processes;
  • Responsible for confirming balances with suppliers alongside the GFS team;
  • Monitoring the reconciliation of suppliers; Responsible for reporting at the end of the month in the AP area;
  • Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, procedures and Reckitt group manuals regarding AP processes.

The experience we're looking for

  • University degree in Finance & Accounting and accounts payable
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounting
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • At least medium English level
