Actively seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and result driven leader to join the Sabre Sonic Interact Team as a Development Manager. This candidate will collaborate with senior leaders in the team to lead and grow the Interact team in BLR to build and support a highly complex and challenging product. In this position, the Manager is required to possess broad and practical experience in software development and delivery for large scale systems, specializing in building strong and highly skilled teams, partnering with customer facing teams to align with the “voice of the customer” and collaborating with product leadership in support of product strategy, planning and developing new software with successful execution and high quality. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Product Development Lifecycle; planning; organizational skills; strong communication skills (at all levels of both internal and customer organizations); a collaborative, innovative spirit; a keen sense of customer engagement; and a strategic eye toward product end goals and best-in-class delivery of products to the marketplace.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum 5-6 years of Senior Management experience in Application Development.
