What You Will Do:

The Senior Manager, CRM & DDX is responsible for developing campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, personalization, loyalty, and long-term relationships with stylists for Redken Professional -from ideation, planning and development to execution, tracking, and analytics. 

In addition to Redken pro, partner with Salon Centric team to plan and manage email, SMS, and multi- touch lifecycle journeys to drive sales and conversion for Redken in Salon Centric . This role is also responsible for tracking and measurement of campaigns and customer data to provide on campaign effectiveness a

This role will closely collaborate with a broad team of cross-functional partners and stakeholders, including marketing, media, site, social, PPD DDX. This role will oversee one direct report, Junior Marketing Associate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support strategic brand objectives, launches, and activities as well as annual plans to drive business results. Partner with Marketing to support major new product category initiatives 
  • Own campaign calendar planning & workflow for pro & Salon Centric for Redken.
  • Write copy, pull images, write brief & open job in project management system for Graphic Designers
  • Brief creative team. Review email designs and provide to marketing teams for feedback. Manage review process with creative to address revisions and gain final marketing approval.
  • Deliver email assets to Accenture (email vendor)/Salon Centric and oversee monthly deployments
  • Pull monthly email campaign metrics and evaluate success & report out to larger marketing teams
  • Deliver final email files to Accenture and Salon Centric for deployment. Review test emails and provide feedback
  • Strategize with Salon Centric team lifecycle journey & multi touchpoint campaigns across email & SMS
  • Partner with Salon Centric media team to ensure adoption of 1P data in relevant campaigns; drives recommendation for audience targeting strategy and measurement
  • Work with Level Loyalty team to provide monthly offers to program members
  • Monthly Reporting & Presentations for Digital Team

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years working in email marketing, CRM & Digital Marketing 
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices & rules
  • Candidate must have a proven track record in digital project management 
  • Strong marketing brief and business requirement development
  • Solid understanding and experience in personalization (CRM) and segmentation marketing
  • Must have experience in creative development 
  • Strong presentation skills and a particular aptitude for synthesizing complex material so that it is clear, meaningful and actionable to a variety of stakeholders 
  • Aptitude to thrive a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Analytical skills with strong data-mining and in-depth database segmentation experience preferred 

11. Must possess excellent creative, organizational, verbal and written communication skills

12. Experience with SFMC a plus
