What You Will Do:
The Senior Manager, CRM & DDX is responsible for developing campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, personalization, loyalty, and long-term relationships with stylists for Redken Professional -from ideation, planning and development to execution, tracking, and analytics.
In addition to Redken pro, partner with Salon Centric team to plan and manage email, SMS, and multi- touch lifecycle journeys to drive sales and conversion for Redken in Salon Centric . This role is also responsible for tracking and measurement of campaigns and customer data to provide on campaign effectiveness a
This role will closely collaborate with a broad team of cross-functional partners and stakeholders, including marketing, media, site, social, PPD DDX. This role will oversee one direct report, Junior Marketing Associate.
