Shangri-la Hotel Fuzhou Duties Responsible for leading & driving all Chinese Kitchen & Chinese Banquet Kitchen operations to make sure it running smoothly and up to international and Shangri-La Standards. Ensures hygiene and cleanliness for all responsible Kitchens to maintain high standard of food safety. Develops culinary activities and the food programs / menu design for the responsible Kitchens. Constantly improves quality of food served to ensure guest satisfaction, to meet best offered in the industry.  Ensures maintenance of equipment to avoid accident and costly repairs. Assists with food preparation as required. Oversees staff scheduling for the responsible Kitchens to ensure concurrence with business volume, to maximize productivity and profitability.  Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a international class hotel or 5 star equivalent. Good at cooking Cantonese Cuisine Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task Should possess good leadership skills. Should be a motivator & a self-starter. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
