Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct thorough research and target potential clients to build a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
  • Cooperate closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and promotions, ensuring timely and effective communication with generated leads.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and suggest improvements based on customer interactions.
  • Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and introduce our products/services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions within the CRM system.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to ensure a smooth handover of leads and information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
