Product Support Engineer

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join the technology team. We are building a Cyber Security product using cutting edge technologies. The platform is deployed on AWS using the most modern DevOps tools. This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale SAAS product on AWS with modern technologies, processes, and methodologies. The product support engineer will be responsible for answering customer questions about the product, going on customer calls, help with DevOps and QA activities.

Qualities we care for:

1.Passion to work on new technologies. Tasks are not just for completion but are considered as an opportunity to learn new things. Interested and able to solve complex problems.

2.Should have worked in the customer support role for at least one product and should have an idea of end-to-end development and deployment to production and ongoing maintenance.

3.Working on consulting companies for small durations is not ideal experience for us.

4.Demonstrated interest/experience in Cyber Security is preferred.

5.Demonstrated interest/experience in supporting algorithm-based products is preferred.

6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Daily interactions with customers in multiple geographies.

7.Attention to detail and ability to go deep into technology and products.

8.Linux skills are needed.

9.Five+ years of experience in customer support is preferred.

Nice to have technical skills:

1. Java experience.

2. QA Automation.

3. AWS experience.

4. Understanding of large scale SAAS based product development and deployment
