Asurion is seeking a talented Content Writer who will be excited about ensuring the content we create brings Soluto’s vision to life. You will team up with designers and product managers to develop content for a 2M+ audience of mobile and web users, and optimize our content database to ensure it’s delivering information to ProTechs efficiently and effectively.  Content databases don’t scare you—in fact they inspire you to strategize how to make them most useful.

Your Day to Day:

  • Conceptualize, write, edit and organize tech support content that is user-friendly and value-driven
  • Identify gaps in existing content library and create new content based on technical needs
  • Master writing for both an end user and technical support audience
  • Optimize and manage content database with large volume, collaborate with the content team to craft strategy, then execute solutions
What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Bachelor’s in Journalism, English, or any applicable mass communication discipline is preferred
  • 4+ years of experience writing content, including technical support content
  • Strong writing skills and experience with a love for data
  • Solid background managing large content databases, strategizing and executing database management solutions
  • Background with Helix and Word Press; Algolia is a plus
  • SEO experience
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a team is a plus
