The Basics:

Tanium is expanding rapidly and is searching for a smart and motivated Help Desk Support Analyst, who can facilitate continued growth. This individual will work directly with a talented team of IT and security professionals. This role will also have the opportunity to learn new technologies, including Tanium’s product.

The Help Desk Support Analyst is crucial to ensuring that IT and Tanium’s employees have the access and resources to complete their mission. The right candidate will enjoy working closely with our end-users, which includes developers, engineers, sales, and support staff. A successful candidate will also enjoy working for a company that is focused on quality and ensuring the long term success of Tanium.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with user onboarding/offboarding
  • Act as L1 and L2 support for all Tanium employees
  • Configure and support issues with iOS and Android devices
  • Provide on-site and remote support to our end users
  • Meet SLAs on tickets that are created in ServiceNow
  • Help create content and develop our internal IT Wiki
  • Assist in the device imaging process
  • A/V and event support
  • Participate in an on-call rotation
  • Some project work

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 2 years of relevant technical support experience required
    • Solid understanding of operating systems (Mac OS X, Windows) required
    • Experience managing users with Google and Active Directory required
    • Basic understanding of networking required
    • Experience with ServiceNow required
    • Ability to support both non-technical and highly technical end users required
    • Experience managing 8x8, Fuze, or similar cloud based communications platform
    • Executive/VIP support experience
    • Video conferencing with Zoom and WebEx
    • Familiarity with Crestron hardware support and installation
    • Previous experience with Okta or OneLogin
  • Other

    • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong problem solving skills
