Job Description

We are looking for an HR Data Analyst for an internship of 6 months in our dynamic People Data Intelligence unit within the Digital Talent & Culture Direction. You will use HR information systems to extract data, provide HR KPIs and support the team on different digital HR topics. This position offers you an exciting opportunity to harness the power of data to make informed decisions and shape the future of HR.

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Update all the KPIs definitions based on the new information system tool (OneHR), understand the stakeholder’s need and provide the guidelines to create a new Dashboard on Tableau
  • Social Reporting: actively participate in the implementation of social reporting, based on previously defined indicators and KPIs
  • Assist to the "Dotations" Project Owner Support: collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for new features or improvements, assist in the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of our “Dotations” management solution within the onboarding process
  • Facilitate data quality analysis: conduct exploratory data analysis, cleanse HR data ensuring accuracy and completeness, assist in maintaining HR KPIs and Dashboards for key stakeholders
  • Support OneHR Data Team: assist in various HR projects by providing data-driven support and insights, work closely with team members to contribute to the successful completion of HR data initiatives, document reporting processes, data sources, and methodologies to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications

  • A final year student or recent graduate of a relevant program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Analytics)
  • 0-3 years' experience
  • Knowledge or prior experience in HR and/or metrics is a plus
  • Fluent French & English
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Rigorous, sense of detail
