  • Assigned environment administration in a daily operations mode – steady state
  • Reacting on incidents from the environment monitoring team, resolving those by following change / incident management process
  • Central shift model + Out-of-office hours on-call duty
  • Work with customer and other support teams to find solutions to improve services

 
Technical knowledge:
 

  • Applied skills & knowledge of administration for Apache, IBM WebSphere, IHS, DB2
  • Applied skills & knowledge – administration of Unix based OS - RHEL
  • Applied skills & knowledge – TSM
  • Troubleshooting experience- Knowledge of ITIL methodology
  • Programming skills (Perl, Shell, Bash) – advantage
  • Content manager Application knowledge - advantage

 
Others:

·       Flexibility - availability to work during out-of-office hours/on-call support
