This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, on site and is part of our Solutions Marketing Chapter (Customer Area Marketing Sub-Chapter), in our global Marketing & Customer Insights organization. Our team is responsible for providing global strategic marketing capabilities and program execution for key prioritized product launches and initiatives, in alignment with defined strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Global Marketing Managers, Integrated Marketing Managers and Event Managers in executing deliverables for the business
  • Aid in the execution of global congresses including internal communication, content gathering, content organization, meeting logistics, creation of newsletters, website updates, supporting interactions wih external creative agencies, etc.
  • Provide support through the Promotional Content Approval Process and to the release of completed materials
  • Support with internal communications of marketing assets and upcoming events
  • Assist with product launches for industry events and presence at various congresses
  • Liaise with the business and marketing stakeholders, at the global and affiliate level
  • Coordinate and manage additional projects as assigned

Who You Are

You are enrolled or have completed your Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Marketing, Business, or Administration within the last 12 months and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

Furthermore you are

  • The candidates must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments across various stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment is necessary.
  • The candidate must be detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritise and work under tight timelines.
  • Must be a team player who enjoys collaborating with internal teams, external partners, customers and vendors/consultants to drive business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace suite of collaborative tools (gMail, gSItes, gSheet, gDoc, gSlides, gChat, …) is necessary.
  • English proficiency (business level)

Technical details:

The preferred start date for the internship is September 2024. Please state your preferred start date and the desired duration of the internship in your application.

Part-time employment is possible with a minimum of 2.5 days per week.

If required, it is possible to write a thesis during the internship.

The application deadline is April 30th.

Interviews will take place in the second and third week of May (between May 13 and 23).
