  • We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager in Norwich, on a part time fixed-term contract (30 hours per week) must have a full drivers license. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their career and progress their development.
  • As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager. Working alongside them, you will help to support a team of Support Workers and ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • As an Assistant Service Manager you will?
    • Have strong communication skills with the people we support, colleagues and other stakeholders.
    • Be confident to support with leading and managing a team.
    • Be flexible, ensuring there is adequate support across the management team on site.
    • Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not an essential.
  • This role requires you to be a driver.
  • What will you be doing as an Assistant Service Manager?
    • To be confident in being able to work using a computer and electronic systems.
    • Support the Service Manager with agreed management tasks.
    • Support the team with their development.
    • Ensuring compliance across the team and service.
