Creative Project Manager/Producer

PN is on the lookout for a full-time Creative Project Manager/Producer. A true mastermind behind the scenes, orchestrating the nuts and bolts of creative brilliance. This role is tailor-made for those who thrive on turning chaos into clarity, ideas into impactful realities, ensuring every project not only hits the mark but does so with style, on time, and within budget.

What’s on Your Plate:

  • Command the helm of project scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables, keeping everything on track from kickoff to close.
  • Bridge the gap between creativity and deadlines and details, making sure our high-flying ideas have a solid landing plan.
  • Keep the communication lines crisp and clear among all players—account managers, planners, digital strategists, designers, copywriters, and beyond—ensuring everyone’s synced up on the work.
  • Deploy your problem-solving arsenal to tackle and troubleshoot the curveballs that come with the creative territory.
  • Juggle multiple projects with a cool head and a keen eye, ensuring every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly and every deadline is met with room to spare.

The Ideal Mastermind:

  • A seasoned vet with 6-10 years in creative project management/production, you’ve got a proven track record of leading projects from the dream stage to the done deal.
  • Organizational wizardry is part of your DNA, enabling you to manage the moving parts of multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
  • Communication is your superpower, making you the linchpin among diverse creative teams and projects.
  • When problems arise, you see puzzles to solve, attacking each challenge with a mix of creativity, strategy, and determination.
  • You’ve worked with a variety of creative roles, knowing just how to keep the team motivated, focused, and firing on all cylinders.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
